With over 7 years of experience in the aviation industry, including 4.5 years with IndiGo and 2.5 years with Air India, I bring a deep understanding of customer experience, effective communication, and operational excellence. Now part of the HR team at TNC Aviation, I apply my industry insights to support recruitment, training, and team development, bridging professional service with people-focused solutions.
