Return and Refund Policy

1. Purpose & Scope

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under
which students may cancel their enrollment in any training or educational program offered by
TNC Aviation and request a refund. It is designed to ensure transparency, protect the integrity
of TNC Aviation’s operations, and provide fair procedures for handling withdrawals or
cancellations.
This Policy applies to all students enrolled in any program conducted by TNC Aviation,
including but not limited to Commercial Pilot License (CPL) training, Cabin Crew courses,
Ground Staff training, Interview Preparation workshops, and other aviation-related
certifications or workshops.

2. Definitions

● “Student” refers to any individual who has been admitted and enrolled in any course
or program offered by TNC Aviation.
● “Program” refers to any training course, certification program, or educational service
provided by TNC Aviation.
● “Training Stage” refers to any segment of a program (e.g., Ground School, Simulator
Training, Flying Training, Workshops, etc.).
● “Start of Program/Stage” is defined as the official date communicated in writing to
the student for the commencement of a particular program or its segment.
● “Refund” refers to the return of paid tuition or related fees, subject to the terms of
this policy.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
● Registration / Application Fee
● Admission Fee / Counseling Charges
● Orientation or Assessment Charges
● One-time onboarding or documentation fees
These cover administrative, advisory, and processing costs that are incurred immediately
upon payment.

4. Stage-Wise and Modular Payments

TNC Aviation may offer programs in stages or modules with fees paid accordingly. The
refundability of such payments is governed as follows:

a) Before Stage/Module Commencement
● If a student chooses to cancel enrollment before the official start of a particular stage
or module,
no refund shall be issued for that portion of the fee.
● This policy is in place due to resource planning, seat blocking, faculty allocation, and
administrative processing conducted in advance.
● A formal written cancellation request, along with identification and payment proof,
must still be submitted for record purposes.

b) After Stage/Module Commencement

● Once a stage or module has commenced (even if not attended), no refund shall be
applicable for that portion of the training.
● This also includes fees paid for third-party services (e.g., simulator sessions,
uniforms, DGCA-related costs, medicals, etc.).

5. Cancellations & Withdrawals

To be valid, all cancellations or withdrawal requests must be:
● Submitted in writing via email to the appropriate official administrative address,
based on the enrolled program
○ CPL Training: fly@tncaviation.in
○ Pilot Hiring & Transition (PHT): pht@tncaviation.in
Cabin Crew Training & Other Programs: hr1@tncaviation.in
● Accompanied by all relevant documentation, including:
○ Payment receipts
○ Government-issued ID proof
○ Clear reason for withdrawal
Verbal or informal communication will not be accepted as a valid cancellation notice.

6. Processing Time for Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within the following timelines, calculated from the date
of written confirmation from TNC Aviation:
● Pilot Training (CPL): Within 30 working days
● Professional Hospitality Training (PHT): Within 7 working days
All other programs: Within 45 working days
Refunds will be made via NEFT/RTGS bank transfer only to the original payer’s account.
No cash refunds shall be issued under any circumstances.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and genuinely unavoidable situations, partial refunds may be considered at the sole
discretion of TNC Aviation’s management. Such refunds are not guaranteed and will only be
granted under exceptional circumstances, including:
● Documented Medical Emergency (verified by a registered medical practitioner)
● Permanent Medical Rejection by a DGCA-approved medical examiner or equivalent
authority
● Family Bereavement
● National Calamity / Force Majeure
● Visa Denial, if applicable to international training components
Notes:
● All such claims must be supported by verifiable documentary evidence.
● The final decision lies solely with the TNC Aviation Management Committee and
shall be considered final, binding, and non-negotiable.

8. Disqualification or Termination

No refunds will be provided if the student:
● Is disqualified due to non-eligibility, including failed DGCA medicals (if applicable)
● Is dismissed due to misconduct, low attendance, violation of code of conduct, or poor
academic performance
● Voluntarily exits the program after a stage has commenced for personal, financial, or
professional reasons
TNC Aviation is not responsible for eligibility standards set by external bodies (e.g., DGCA,
airlines).

9. Interruptions in Training

Should a program be delayed or interrupted due to:
● Regulatory changes (DGCA, MoCA)
● Operational constraints (partner facility closures, weather, etc.)
● Logistical disruptions
TNC Aviation will make every effort to reschedule or adjust the training schedule.
However, no refunds shall be entertained for delays or disruptions beyond the company’s
control.

10. Disclaimer of Outcome Guarantees

TNC Aviation makes no guarantees concerning:
● Student enrollment volumes
● Licensing success or examination outcomes
● Post-training placement or employment
● Visa or immigration outcomes (where applicable)
As previously communicated, the no-guarantee clause remains fully valid and
enforceable.

11. Policy Amendments

TNC Aviation reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time, with or without
prior notice. All enrolled students will be notified of any changes via email and updated
policies will be published on the official website.
