Position: Senior Project Manager – Strategic Inflight Operations

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly qualified Senior Project Manager to lead and drive strategic in-flight operations and premium aviation projects. The ideal candidate will bring a robust understanding of project management principles, cross-functional leadership, and operational excellence.

This role is pivotal in managing complex, multi-vertical initiatives including:

• Wet Lease Programs
• Code Share Operations
• Wide Body Aircraft Deployments
• International Expansion Strategies
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate high-impact projects across multiple business verticals with strict adherence to timelines and budget.
• Strategically manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams, external partners
• Drive cost leadership initiatives through data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
• Oversee project lifecycle from initiation to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement frameworks for risk mitigation, compliance, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Legal, and Commercial to ensure seamless project delivery.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing large-scale projects in Finance & IT.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost control and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  
  

1. Project Management Expertise

• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Familiarity with methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, risk management, and cost control.
  
  

2. Data Interpretation & Predictive Analysis

• Ability to analyze operational and financial data to forecast outcomes.
• Experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Python/R for analytics.
• Comfort with KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.

• Skilled in navigating cross-functional dynamics and aligning diverse teams.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in managing external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
  
  

4. Executive Communication & Presentation

• Ability to create crisp, high-impact presentations for CXO-level audiences.
• Skilled in storytelling with data—translating complex insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva for visual communication.

• Proactive in chasing senior colleagues and driving accountability across teams.

• Understanding of aviation business models (Wet Lease, Code Share, etc.) is a plus.
