Job Overview:

The Executive Assistant – Strategic Projects will work directly with the Director to support ongoing and new business initiatives. The role is designed to ensure smooth coordination, communication, and follow-up across multiple companies and strategic projects, while maintaining confidentiality and supporting high-priority tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaison & Communication: Handle follow-ups and coordination between the Director and new company's/ project leaders to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
Research & Briefings: Prepare summaries, competitor research, investment notes, and other briefing materials as required.
Meeting Documentation: Draft and circulate minutes of meetings (MOMs), ensuring action items are tracked and completed.
Administrative Support: Manage the Director’s calendar, travel, emails, and documents efficiently and proactively.
Confidential Oversight: Act as a keeper for sensitive communications and information that should not go through regular company operations.

Ideal Profile:

● 1-2 years of prior experience supporting senior leadership, founders, or CXO-level executives.
● Strong project coordination and multitasking abilities.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
● Proven discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
● Balanced mindset: operationally strong yet strategically aware.
● The candidate should be comfortable traveling for business meetings, reviews, or project coordination whenever required.
