Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans for all TNC Aviation verticals.
* Lead and manage the following sales teams:

1. Pilot Training
2. Cabin Crew & Communication Training
3. Aviation Recruitment
4. Corporate Training & Partnerships
* Report directly to the Director/CEO and present periodic sales performance updates.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Ground Instructor to join our aviation
training team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth subject matter expertise in areas

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Student & School Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact between students, partner flight schools, and internal teams.

  • Maintain strong relationships with students and educational partners.

Visa Process Management
